Is it actually free?+
Yes, with no time limit: up to 25 people and 10 boards per workspace. Upgrade only when you outgrow it.
Who pays when we upgrade?+
Only the workspace owner. One Pro subscription covers every workspace they own; members never pay to join.
Can I run several teams?+
Make as many workspaces as you like and hop between them from the sidebar. You can join other people's too.
What if I downgrade later?+
Nothing gets deleted. You just can't go past the Free limits until you upgrade again.
